a few days ago my roommate liz and i took a cab to get fried turkey and on the way there, the radio started playing that aerosmith jam, “i don’t wanna miss a thing”. obviously, we started singing. in the middle of the first verse, the cab driver turned off the music. naturally, our only choice was to sing the rest of the song (with every one of steven tyler’s dramatic voice inflections) to completion, and at an absurdly high volume.
it was like a dream, and this is the comic she and i co-wrote together to pay homage to the best cab ride of my life.
